This is a copy of the Bryans 1960 Payramid
instruction sheet, stuck at the top of the mechanism panel

It contains instructions for the operator to implement a number of different payout schemes.
Multiple award cards were also provided for the purpose.

Operating instructions for the Adjustable Payout

PAYRAMID MACHINE
This section contains machine dimensions, etc.

Maintenance
This machine should be FIXED level and upright.  Lubricate regularly all moving parts, pivots, etc.  The Ball Slides and the Coin Slides should not be allowed to rust.
This machine has been tested by mechanical robot and has been set to close jigs.  Please do not therefore alter or adjust the settings, other than as detailed below.

Machine Payout Adjustment
Adjust the maximum payout to suit the machine location.  Five Payout Cards are provided, lettered in the right-hand bottom corner A B C D E & F
(five?-MW).  A B C D & F are double-sided.  These cards are slipped into the playing field frames - cards not in use being stored behind those on view.
There are 43 Play-Balls provided.  Those not in use are stored in the spare ball container on the back of the mechanism panel.
When the jackpot is not used it is put out of action by unhooking the jackpot coin feed-through spring which is hinged at the back of the case.
