Here are some photos of the transfer pipe that I made using commercial 22mm copper tubing. I extended the depth of the organ casing by 25mm, which gave a bit more working space inside but it could be squeezed in without the casing extension.

The photos are self explanatory but the tubing was glued together with epoxy resin rather than soft solder. It works a treat.
