Using some offcuts, I drilled a 6mm hole and pushed a bolt through to give me the walls of the jig, then clamped into vice.  Finally, a clamp on top to keep everything square.

Get a file to fit and away you go.  You can get a lot more pressure by filing this way, it only takes five/ten mins.

Bends in Tubing
Because my pipe layout is awkward I do need some bends in tubing.

As we all know, too much bend and it flattens the tubing.  I overcame this by putting a cable tie round the centre of the proposed bend.  This stops the flatting out of the tube.
